An aircon that is not cold, displays blinking lights or cannot turn on may have a fault involving the indoor unit, outdoor unit, sensors, controls or refrigerant system.

Will servicing solve the problem?

Does weak cooling always mean the aircon needs gas?
No. Dirt buildup, restricted airflow and component faults can also affect cooling. Refrigerant levels will be checked where required before recommending further work.
Can the fault be repaired during the first visit?
Some faults can be addressed during the appointment. Others require additional testing, replacement parts or a return visit.
What if the aircon works normally during checking?
Intermittent faults may not appear during the visit. Photos, videos and error codes recorded when the problem occurs can help with diagnosis. Further testing may be required.
Are repairs included in the checking fee?
Repairs, replacement parts, cleaning and refrigerant work are separate unless expressly included in the quotation. Additional work will be quoted for approval before proceeding.
